Yellowhammer Weight Loss and Wellness Clinic was established in December of 2024 by Nurse Practitioners, Jason Patterson and Ashley Sudduth. Amber Eads was hired soon after as a clinical assistant with expertise in phlebotomy. The three-person team has over 40 years of combined experience. They are passionate about their patients and providing personalized care with long-lasting results!

​Jason Patterson, has been in the nursing field for over 17 years and a nurse practitioner for 9 years. He has been married to his wife, Sarah, for nearly 17 years and is the father of 5 children. He is also the proud owner of the best family dog…a Golden Doodle, Laney. He enjoys singing at church and in a community chorus, cooking, and he owns and operates a cornhole league in Jasper, AL, called Jasper Cornhole. He has a passion for helping others achieve their goals in a way that suits their individual needs whether it’s weight loss management, online urgent care, or general wellness! Ashley Sudduth, has been in the field of nursing for over 20 years and a family nurse practitioner for 9 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her 7 year old goldendoodle Bourke. She has a passion for helping others throughout the lifespan and is highly motivated to assist patients with achieving their weight loss, urgent care needs, and wellness goals.
